DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Delivery of products is carried out through courier service, DPD Group. The delivery time is 10 days from placing the order.
Shipping fee: Payment is made in cash to the courier agent when the package is delivered.
CATHIAS EDELINE is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies with which it collaborates.
Customers can return items purchased within 10 working days from the date of receipt, with no penalties. To be able to return, the products must be in original packaging, intact, unworn unwashed, and free from wear and tear. Value of the products will be refunded within 30 days from the date of return of products. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs that will be borne by the customer.

CATHIAS EDELINE does not sell defective products. However, there may be exceptional circumstances in which causes independent of, for example, adverse conditions-transport can lead to the supply of defective products. CATHIAS EDELINE will decide, depending on the situation, if faulty products will be replaced free of charge or not.
