HOW I ORDER?
Online order
To be able to order online it is not necessary to register on the site. Add the desired products to your cart, fill in the form (all fields are mandatory) and checkout.
Telephone order
To order the desired products, you can contact us at the phone number +40 747 855 385, Monday to Friday, between 11.00 and 17.00, to communicate the data necessary to dispatch the package (name and surname, address, telephone number, the name and quantity of the products).
Order by email
You can order the desired product by sending an email to orders@cathiasedeline.com . The message must contain the following information: product name, your name, shipping address and a telephone number. CATHIAS EDELINE team will contact you in the shortest time for confirmation.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Delivery of products is carried out through courier service, DPD Group. The delivery time is 10 days from placing the order.
Shipping fee: Payment is made in cash to the courier agent when the package is delivered.
CATHIAS EDELINE is not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies with which it collaborates.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Customers can return items purchased within 10 working days from the date of receipt, with no penalties. To be able to return, the products must be in original packaging, intact, unworn, unwashed and free from wear and tear. Value of the products will be refunded within 30 days from the date of return of products. The refunded amount does not include shipping costs that will be borne by the customer.
Every custom made product cannot be returned or refunded.

CATHIAS EDELINE does not sell defective products. However, there may be exceptional circumstances in which causes independent of, for example, adverse conditions-transport can lead to the supply of defective products. CATHIAS EDELINE will decide, depending on the situation, if faulty products will be replaced free of charge or not.
Warranty
The guarantee is granted in accordance with the legislation in force-449/2003, it shall be settled within 15 calendar days of the SC. Cathias Edeline Company S.R.L by sending the product in the original packaging to the address: Verzisori Street, nr. 34, sector 4, Bucharest, together with a copy of the invoice. The costs relating to the transport of products subject to warranty the consumer’s responsibility.
The settlement of the warranty will be made by repairing the defective product if this is possible, or if the repair is not possible, by replacing it with a new one. If none of the above is possible, the customer shall be reimbursed with the value of the product, by order of payment in his bank account.
CATHIAS EDELINE ensures a 30 day warranty on all products sold. The guarantee refers solely to defects of fabrication and does not cover defects arising as a result of improper usage of the product. Not covered by the warranty products which present physical defects such as scratches, cracks, ruptures, removed or modified, the products used in inappropriate conditions (submission to various substances on the basis of alcohol, water or any kind of liquid, submission to large variations in temperature and pressure, mechanical shocks, improper handling, use of products under conditions of humidity, dust, fumes or under the action of chemical substances, etc.) mechanics intervation or plastic, products, etc.

CATHIAS EDELINE products are offered at the dimensions of the existing patterns and colors, also, within the limits of available stock. Our company reserves the right not to honor an order if the item is not in stock.
The bags, shoes and accessories are made of calf leather, snake, goat and sheep. The existing images products within the shop www.cathiasedeline.com may differ slightly from the actual product (because of the lights in the studio).
PRICES
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in LEI and include VAT. The price shown does not include delivery costs. There is no minimum order, so you can place orders for any product regardless of its value. S.C. CATHIAS EDELINE COMPANY S.R.L reserves the right to change the prices at any time.
